Hello, all. I am Darren Belanger, a junior, and I am one of the three captains of our Bancroft Speech Team! I’d like to showcase some of what we do. The speech event that I compete in is called “Original Oratory.” You write and perform a 10 minute speech about a topic of your choice, and my topic is “privilege.” I have edited it and revised it many times, and this is how it stands as of the Speech tournament that happened the first day of Winter Break.
