Q: How is your day?

A: My day is going very well. I had a restful long weekend.

Q: Where are you from?

A: I live in Holden now. I grew up in the Berkshires, which is in Western Mass.

Q: Pineapple on pizza: Yay or Nay?

A: Only if there are jalapenos too. 

Q: What classes do you teach?

A: Current Event/Spanish Seminar, AP Spanish, Spanish II.

Q: What is the most rewarding part about being a teacher?

A: The relationships that I can form with students, and to see them change during their time in high school. 

Q: What do you think of garden gnomes?

A: Um, they’re a little scary… If I had one I would have to dress it up for the seasons, but no I do not have one. Possible birthday gift. 

Q: Have you been anywhere outside of the United States?

A: Definitely. France, Spain, Italy, U.K., Cuba, Chile, Argentina, Costa Rica, Canada, Greece. 

Q: How many pennies would fit in this room?

A: I can’t count that high. I’m a language teacher. (Laughter ensues)
